Carol Neilson

Chief Advancement Officer

As chief advancement officer, Carol Neilson has oversight of individual giving, institutional giving, and community partnerships. Prior to joining ECS in 2019, Carol was Director of Development at Temple University for five years. Her earlier career was in wealth management, investment management services, and banking. She holds a master’s in Business Administration from Drexel University and a bachelor of arts from Williams College. She has served on the board of Women in Investing Network of Philadelphia. A lifelong Episcopalian, Carol is a member of the Church of the Redeemer, Bryn Mawr.
