Mark Davis joined ECS in 1992 as an Intake Worker in the Home Care department before pursuing his long-standing interest in Information Technology. As Chief Technology Officer he is responsible for leading ECS’ technology strategy and managing overall IT operations. His initiatives include improving service delivery through embracing effective and efficient use of technology; creating models for delivering new services such as infrastructure virtualization; promoting opportunity and growth through technology and innovation; and leading strategic initiatives to transform the technology department to be flexible, adaptable and responsive to stakeholders. Mark holds a B.S. in Psychology from Kutztown University with training certifications (MCSE, ITIL, NELI), while overseeing systems operations, network management, desktop support, quality assurance, security, telecommunications, disaster recovery and contingency planning. He takes pride in knowing that his work enables ECS to deliver quality services.
