Career Development Specialist

Career Development Specialists help participants take the next step in their professional journey. They provide one-on-one coaching, group workshops, resource navigation, and skill-building opportunities to support education, training, and employment goals. From writing a first résumé to earning an advanced certification, they help participants identify opportunities, connect with resources, and build the skills and confidence needed to create sustainable careers.

Financial Specialist

Financial Specialists coach participants in managing money with purpose and building greater financial stability. Through financial education workshops, individualized coaching, goal-setting, and resource navigation, they help participants improve credit, build savings, reduce debt, and prepare for long-term milestones such as homeownership. They also help participants identify and connect with financial resources that support their individual goals.

Housing Specialist

Housing Specialists help individuals and families work toward lasting housing stability. They provide coaching and resource navigation while maintaining strong partnerships with landlords, agencies, and community organizations. From navigating rental options and housing resources to preparing for homeownership, they help participants understand their options, access available resources, and take steps toward safe, stable housing.

Wellness Specialist

The Wellness Clinical Specialist provides health coaching and consultation to help participants better understand and manage their health and wellbeing while under the care of a physician. Support may include helping individuals understand medical diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans, as well as setting personal health and wellness goals and identifying practical next steps.

The Wellness Clinical Specialist also helps connect individuals with appropriate health and wellness resources when additional support is needed.

Support includes:

  • Understanding medical diagnoses and treatment plans

  • Health and wellness goal setting
  • Creating actionable wellness steps
  • Health resource navigation and referrals
