Jasmine Walker

Assistant Director of Out of School Time Programs

Jasmine Walker, Assistant Director of Out-of-School Time (OST) and Youth Programs at Episcopal Community Services, is a lifelong Philadelphia resident with more than 25 years of experience in youth development and community empowerment. A former participant in ECS’s Beacon Program, Jasmine’s personal experience with out-of-school-time programming inspired her lifelong commitment to creating opportunities for young people across the city.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Lincoln University and an MBA in Organizational Management with a specialization in Project Management from Eastern University. In her role, Jasmine leads program implementation, staff development, and quality initiatives that support the academic, social-emotional, and leadership growth of youth throughout Philadelphia.

In addition to her leadership work, Jasmine is a photographer and graphic designer who uses visual storytelling to elevate youth voices and strengthen community engagement. She remains deeply committed to ensuring young people have access to safe, supportive environments that help them grow into confident leaders and changemakers.
