Melvina Banti, MA, MS

Assistant Director of Out of School Time Programs

Melvina S. Banti is a versatile leader with more than ten years of supervision and management experience. She takes pride in her work as she strives to implement robust staff development, results-oriented coaching, policy and procedure enforcement, and project facilitation in the nonprofit sector.

Melvina values education and leads by example as she has earned advanced degrees. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English education with a minor in Spanish from Lincoln University. She also holds a master’s degree in English from Middlebury College, Bread Loaf School of English, and a master’s degree in nonprofit management from Eastern University, the Campolo College of Graduate and Professional Studies.

Melvina enjoys encouraging children, youth, and their families to see the value of their education and works to help them succeed in school and in life.
