Mary retired from 30 years in the HR consulting and outsourcing field, most recently as the Chief Client Officer at Alight Solutions. Before joining Alight, she previously had senior leadership positions with Aon and Hewitt Associates. Mary currently does independent consulting focused on leadership, talent, and commercial strategies.

She received her undergraduate degree from Yale University and a Master’s in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard School of Public Health.

Mary is currently the Board Chair for St. Peter’s School in Philadelphia where she has served since 2010. Previously, Mary served on the Board of Visitors for The Bolles School in Jacksonville, Florida (2003-2005). She is a parishioner at Christ Church Philadelphia, where she is a member of the finance committee.
