Opportunities for Undergraduate and Graduate Field Placements

ECS offers a wide array of internships for undergraduate and graduate students who need field placement hours for their degree programs or are simply looking to explore possible career paths in the social sector.

We believe in the importance of supporting the development of the next generation of talent who will work with us, either as future staff or future partners, to carry out our mission in this region. Be a part of the ECS team as an intern and gain valuable field experience to support your academic degree.

Past internship opportunities have included:

  • Bachelor and Masters’ Level Social Work field placements for foundation year and macro level students for summer, fall, spring and full academic year in the areas of workforce development, health and wellness, emergency and permanent housing case management/coaching programs, learning and evaluation, and more.
  • Masters’ level field placements for those interested in advocacy/policy, nonprofit leadership/management, development
  • Bachelor and trade program level internships in building management and facilities, human resources, information technology, etc

  • Qualifications vary depending on the internship position and academic institution requirements
